This new year, I want to read so many more blogs – and this month, I am particularly looking into fitness blogs!
I have been reading a few over the years that I absolutely love! If you are looking to follow some people for constant fitness inspiration, the following are great places to start!
The first fitness blog I ever got into was Cassey Ho’s blog, Blogilates. Cassey Ho is the inventor of POP Pilates, and she is constantly dishing out great fitness ideas and workouts!
My favorite thing about her blog is she creates monthly workout calendars – that I aspire to complete one day! The calendars are easy to use, and they are a great asset to any health guru!
Fit Bottomed Girls
Fit Bottomed Girls is a blog ran by two women, Jennipher Walters and Kristen Seymour. They have been doing this 2008, and they are no-nonsense health blogger! Ans, they always tell it as it is!
They also have other products in their “Fit Bottom World” – Fit Bottom Mamas, Fit Bottom Eats and Fit Bottom Mind. One of the creators of the blog, Erin Whitehead, left the company in 2017 to focus on her family.
If you are concerned about mental fitness, mindybodygreen is an amazing resource. They focus a lot of their posts on mindfulness and yoga.

Fitness in the City
Fitness in the City is one of my favorite fitness blogs because it has amazing photography!
The site’s editor, Lee Sutherland, contributes to Prevention magazine, Lululemon and mindbodygreen!
Neghar Fonooni inspires me so much! She is a Lifestyle and Fitness Coach, Writer, Entrepreneur, Veteran, Mom, Feminist, Woman on a mission – according to her bio.
Neg shares her insecurities, weird habits – and she is so personable!
